Blue Knights England 16
Welcome to the website of England 16, a chapter of the Blue Knights® international motorcycle club.
The Blue knights was formed in 1974 by a small group of friends in Bangor/Brewer maine, USA who decided to form their own motorcycle club. Within two years of being formed this small club had become an International Organisation. Today, the Blue Knights® have 635 Chapters in over thirty Countries across the World, with in excess of 20,490 members. Today there are currently 20 Chapters in the United Kingdom with around 620 members.
To qualify for membership of the Blue Knights a person must either be a Serving or Retired Law Enforcement Officer: i.e. A Police Officer, Special Constable, Prison Officer, Customs & Excise or Immigration Officer including Members of her majesties armed forces police service. In effect anyone who has or has had a Statutory ‘Power of Arrest’ as part of their employment.
